My hysterosalpingography reports said" opacification of the left fallopian tube to its fimbrial end showing free tubal spill. thread-like opacification of right fallopian tube to the outer end, however with no evidence of free tubal spill". What does it mean? Is it normal?
Your HSG(hysterosalpingography) findings suggests patent left fallopian tube with probably blocked right fallopian tube. Patency of tube is conformed buy free spillage of contrast during the procedure. You may need clinical correlation and probably blocked right tube shouldn't affect conception as left side is patent.
Other causes of infertility should also be ruled out.
